This would in effect be working as a Birmingham Driving School Franchisee gradually allowing their customers to diminish until the driving instructor no longer had any Birmingham Driving School customers

On termination of the franchise; The roof sign, all stationery and anything else supplied by Birmingham Driving School must either be returned, or paid for.
